About Me
Hi, I'm Mike Randle. I'm a technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale enterprise transformation, distributed systems, and platform innovation. I specialize in cloud architecture, AI-enabled automation, microservices, and leading high-performing engineering teams.
Currently based in Ponte Vedra, FL, I lead solution architecture initiatives at Cigna, focusing on platform separation/modernization and AI innovation. Previously, I've driven platform transformation at Beeline, led technology teams at Citi managing branded cards and rewards systems, and built mortgage origination platforms at US Bank.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about pickleball and play competitively. I also enjoy 3D printing, CAD design, and tinkering with electronics. When I'm not on the court or at my computer, you'll find me hiking, biking, beaching, boating, or playing guitar.

- Leading design and execution of large-scale Medicare platform separation initiatives including application decoupling, vendor evaluation, data separation, and hybrid cloud migration
- Driving AI-enabled platform automation with hands-on development using Python, LangChain, FAISS, Pandas, and ChatGPT-4 for intelligent infrastructure intake and estimation
